The brief
Thentic is a recruitment and talent solutions company sourcing specialist technical talent across Fire, Logistics, Energy and Hydraulics. The landing page had to make that offer land fast and turn interest into an enquiry.
Hiring managers need qualified candidates quickly, but engaging a recruitment agency usually involves multiple steps before any relevant profile arrives. The page had to remove that friction and encourage action.
Where it landed
A focused page with one clear action per screen, a documented type and colour system, and a structure the team can extend as new service lines are added.
